It seems funny to say that eggs are having a resurgence in popularity but with
such beautiful varieties being produced by heritage breeds of chickens and other
fowl, it's true - we're egg-cited for eggs again! Chef Duffy from Cafe Boulud,
shows us how he creates some of his favourite egg dishes from omeletes and Spanish
tortillas, to custards and cakes.Wonderful heritage eggs are being supplied from the farm of Murray Thunberg.
